DS Labs believes your data belongs to you. We offer a variety of ways for you to manage your privacy preferences and control how your information is used. Your privacy is important to us - data is our business model so we take data privacy very seriously. We provide many self-service options to help you maintain control over your data.   • Email Address: This is the primary means of communication regarding your account. You can update or change your email address by accessing your profile within the logged in section of the site.

  • Profile Information: Edit your name, profile picture, and any other personal details you have shared. This information is private and can only be updated by users with valid account credentials.

  • Account Deletion: If you wish to permanently delete your account, please follow the outlined steps within the logged in section of the site. Be aware that this action cannot be undone, and all personal data associated with your account will be permanently erased. We are not responsible for lost data if you request account deletion.

Security Settings

  • Password Management: We recommend using a strong password to protect your account. We do not feel that it is necessary to regularly changed your password as studies show this does not really enhance security.

  • Two-Factor Authentication: We strongly advise users to consider enabling two-factor authentication for added security. This feature provides an extra layer of protection by requiring a secondary form of verification in addition to your password.
